Salento Rosso IGP

This red wine made from native Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes of Salento that are macerated to better extract their rich aromas and fragrance. Served at room temperature, it is ideal with appetizers, red meat, and hearty, tasty dishes.

Area

Upper Salento Plain (San Pancrazio Salentino - San Donaci), province of Brindisi, in the DOC Salice Salentino zone.

Vinification

The grapes are gently pressed and fermented through maceration for 3-4 days, at a controlled temperature that does not exceed 26° C.

Maturation

In steel tanks for several months.

Color

Ruby red tending towards purple.

Bouquet

Particularly intense, pleasant, with a predominant aroma of fresh red fruit.

Flavor

Balanced acidity, fruity, round, with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.

Serving temperature It should be served at around 15-16° C.
