
Chardonnay Salento IGP White
This white wine has an elegant flavor profile. Its light straw yellow color reveals surprising olfactory notes of apples and white flowers. It has an appealing, structured, pleasant mineral taste. Served at an optimum temperature of between 10° and 12° C, it is ideal with fish, soups and also aperitifs.

Vinification | After de-stemming and crushing, the grapes are fast cooled to a temperature between 10-12° C and separated from the must using soft airbag pressing. They undergo traditional fermentation at a controlled temperature between 18 and 20° C. |
