
Negroamaro Salento Rosato IGP
This wine is made from the noble Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera (90 – 10%) grapes of the Salento peninsula. Delicate cherry pink in color and with a fragrant, fruity bouquet, it has a delightfully refreshing, full-bodied taste. This wine goes well with white meats, fish and fresh cheese. Serving temperature: between 10° and 12° C.

Vinification | The grapes are gently crushed and de-stemmed. Maceration lasts about six hours, which extracts the aromas, a small amount of the color of the grapes, and very few tannins. Vinification takes place at a controlled temperature to preserve the typical aromas and flavor. |
Maturation | After fermentation, the wine is aged on the fine lees for a few months. |

Bouquet | Delicate and pleasantly fruity. Full, intense and persistent aroma with notes of blackberry, raspberry and red fruits. |
