
Salento Rosato IGP
This rosé wine is made from Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes, which are native to Salento and undergo the vinification process according to the most modern technologies. The wine is fragrant, fruity, and extremely pleasing to the palate. It should be served chilled and goes well with fish dishes, white meats and the typical cuisine of the Puglia region. Serving temperature: 12° – 14° C.
