Salento Novello IGP
This wine is made from native Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes, which are picked and placed in small wooden crates. They then undergo the carbonic maceration process at a controlled temperature according to modern winemaking techniques. Bright ruby red in color with a delicate yet lingering fruity aroma, this wine is full-bodied and pleasant to the palate. It should be drunk young. The perfect dinner wine, it goes well with the typical cuisine of Puglia.
